I'm putting my money where my mouth is. If you're looking at ways to optimize member enrollment this year, check out this rewrite from scratch for Aetna's Medicare page.
The current member experience online is a bit cumbersome, and I made some optimizations to make the experience a bit easier.
In addition, I wiped the slate clean and started from the top to the bottom to redo the copy to address key concerns (after performing VOC analysis as well as plan reviews from Forbes, etc...), share clear information on how to enroll, and answer common questions. This will help the page act as a navigational asset and resource for anyone with questions about their plan.
